I have been singing as far back as I can remember, with my first public performance as the Beast in a 6th grade production of a Beauty and the Beast medley. It was slightly embarrassing back then since at that point I was singing higher than the girl was!

But making a long story short, I grew from choruses to showchoirs to non-musicals to musicals to film and now bounce back and forth between absolutely everything.

Over time, I realized that performing in any capacity is really what I have to do to express myself. I have no preference of theatre over film, or vice versa… I just love to act. Not to mention singing relaxes me. Dancing makes me feel great. And luckily there are people out there that actually pay people like myself to do any or all three of those things!

Whew… I’m all hyped up now. I need to relax… off to Bojangles for some sweet tea!
